Meetings and calendar availability

Google Calendar, agent bookings and scheduling a client meeting.

  1. Open Calendar in the sidebar. If Google Calendar is not connected, choose Connect Google Calendar and complete the connection in Connections.
  2. Choose a day in the monthly view to see its meetings. OneLi bookings show their agent and a matching client when available. Select the client name to open their history.
  3. Choose an agent to check available times under working hours and calendar bookings. Availability lets you set working days, hours, meeting duration and buffers. The agent booking tools use these same settings.
  4. To book, choose New meeting, an agent, a client and a date, then an available time. The client needs an email address. Confirming creates a Google Calendar event and emails the invitation. Google Calendar changes appear on refresh and in an automatic check every minute while the page is open.
  5. Choose Month, Week or Day. Day and Week show an hourly schedule: drag an empty time to choose a start and duration, then select a client and confirm. Drag an agent meeting to another time, or use Change meeting time in its details. Confirm the new time to send a Google invitation update to the client. Other Google events can be edited in Google Calendar.
  6. To change hours for specific dates, choose an agent and select Edit availability by dragging in Day or Week. Draw a range, move an existing range or resize its edge. You can also type hours, close a whole day or restore weekly hours. Select Save availability. Changes apply only to the dates you edit and are used by the agent too. Existing meetings still block their times.

Get started with OneLi

Choose a workspace and find your starting point.

  1. Sign in. Choose Studio at the bottom of the sidebar to build and manage agents, or API to use OneLi from your code or AI assistant.
  2. Open the menu to find agents, Dashboard, Clients, Automations, Connections and Phone numbers. API mode shows Calls and Connect, alongside Guides and Settings.
  3. In Studio, you can also chat with OneLi for help. On supported pages, Ask OneLi opens a chat beside your work.
  4. Select Product tours at the top and choose a tour. Close it, replay it or choose another topic anytime. Progress is saved for your account in this browser, separately for each workspace.

Tag people in chat

Find a client, review their history and prepare a call or WhatsApp message.

  1. Type @ followed by a name or phone number. You can also select + and Tag a person. Results include clients across the agents in your account.
  2. Choose using the name, number and agent name. People with the same name or number under different agents appear separately. The tag selects the exact record.
  3. Open the person’s tag to choose a summary, call or WhatsApp message. The shortcut prepares a request in the message box. Complete the call purpose or message text and select Send.
  4. Summaries use the details, calls and WhatsApp messages saved for that client. WhatsApp sends from the associated agent and requires an active connection. A tag alone does not send a message or place a call.

Use files in chat

Attach documents and images and ask about their contents.

  1. In chat, select + and then Attach files. You can also drag files into the chat or paste an image from the clipboard.
  2. Attach Excel XLSX, PDFs, PNG, JPG and WebP images, and TXT, Markdown, CSV and JSON files. Up to 5 files per message, 5 MB per file and 10 MB in total. UTF-8 text files may total up to 300 KB.
  3. Write what you want to know or change and send the message. For example: “Summarize the document” or “Use the opening hours in this file to update the agent.” Remove a file from its card before sending if needed.
  4. Files stay in the conversation and can be downloaded from it. You can ask follow-up questions. Attaching a file does not automatically add it to an agent’s knowledge base; explicitly ask for that update.

Create your first agent

Define a goal, start from a template and tailor the conversation.

  1. Open My agents and select Train your agent or New agent. Choose a suitable template or start from scratch.
  2. Describe the agent’s goal, who it speaks to and what information it should collect. For example: understand the request, answer questions and arrange an introductory meeting.
  3. Open the new agent and tailor its stages, personality, voice and knowledge. Replace template names, prices and promises with details that apply to your business.
  4. Use Test agent to try it from the browser. Before using it with clients, confirm that settings are saved and the required number and connections are active.

Edit and test the conversation

Build stages and instructions, then try realistic scenarios.

  1. Open an agent from My agents and choose Conversation. Open a stage to edit its name, instructions and content.
  2. Give each stage one clear goal and define what should happen next. Add transitions for situations such as an interested client, a poor fit or a request to speak with a person.
  3. Open Test agent and try both a typical conversation and difficult cases: missing information, a change of subject, or a corrected name or number.
  4. Check the save status. If a Save or Publish action is shown, complete it after reviewing your changes. Open Product tours inside the agent for a walkthrough of the editor.

Personality, voice and models

Shape how the agent speaks and choose its models.

  1. Open an agent and choose Personality & voice. Adjust its speaking style, speech speed and background sounds to suit your business.
  2. Listen to the available voice and background previews before choosing. Keep background volume low enough for speech to remain clear.
  3. In Models, choose between a realtime voice model and a transcription, text model and speech pipeline. Available choices depend on the selected mode and supported models.
  4. Change one setting at a time and test a short conversation. Compare clarity, answers and response time before making another change.

Knowledge, memory and alerts

Add business information and choose what to retain after calls.

  1. Open an agent and choose Knowledge. Add the information it should rely on, such as services, opening hours, prices and frequently asked questions.
  2. Organize information by topic and keep it current. Test that the agent finds accurate answers and does not fill gaps with details you have not provided.
  3. In Agent settings, open Memory & alerts and choose whether to remember callers, what details to retain and for how long. Configure the available recording, recording retention and notification options too.
  4. After a test call, check Clients to review saved details, summaries and available recordings.

Use the Dashboard

Filter activity and learn from call results.

  1. Open Dashboard for an overview of activity and results. Individual client histories are in Clients.
  2. Open Filters and select one or more agents and a date range. You can also narrow the results by contact. Reset filters if expected data is missing.
  3. Review metrics and charts. When an AI review is available, open its example calls to understand the findings before changing the agent.
  4. After updating an agent, return to the same or a new period and compare results. Use Refresh to load current data.

Import and create leads

Add clients manually, from Excel or with chat and Gmail.

  1. In Clients, select New client and choose an agent. Enter a name and phone or email, then review before saving. An email-only lead can be saved now and given a phone later in their profile.
  2. Select Import clients and upload XLSX or UTF-8 CSV, up to 500 clients, 64 columns and 5 MB per file. Choose a sheet and map name, phone, email and optional details. The first row contains headers.
  3. Select Review before saving. Phone or email duplicates for the same agent are skipped and existing details are preserved. Correct invalid rows in the file, or save only the valid ones. Saved leads appear in Clients and chat mentions.
  4. Attach Excel to chat and ask to create leads for a specific agent. With Gmail connected in Connections, request a clear scope, such as quote requests from the last month. Chat reads real messages, preserves sources and reports coverage and created leads; ask it to continue if messages remain.
  5. Select a lead to view their profile, call or open WhatsApp from the associated agent. A first WhatsApp message requires an approved template. Creating or tagging a lead does not send a message or start a call.

Manage clients and conversations

Find a contact, review history and continue following up.

  1. Open Clients in the sidebar. Filter by agent, date range or contact to focus the list.
  2. Select a contact to open their calls and messages. Switch between available channels to see the full context.
  3. Review summaries, transcripts and available recordings before following up. Saved client details help you continue from where the conversation stopped.
  4. To message or call, use the available actions and choose the appropriate agent when prompted. These actions can send a real message or place a real call.

Set up automations

Connect triggers to actions and review run history.

  1. Open Automations. Filter by agent to see its automations, or leave the filter empty to see them all.
  2. Choose New automation or From a preset and select the agent. Set a trigger, such as a completed call, an incoming message or a scheduled time.
  3. Choose the action and fill in conditions, destinations and content. Confirm that required connections, such as WhatsApp or a webhook, are configured before enabling it.
  4. Save and check whether the automation is enabled. Use the list to turn it on or off, or open History to review runs, outcomes and errors.

Connect apps and assign agents

Manage account connections and share them with the right agents.

  1. Open Connections to see existing connections. Filter by agent to see which connections each agent uses.
  2. Select New connection, search for an app and open its details. Sign in to the provider and complete its authorization flow.
  3. On the connection page, select which agents can use it and save the assignments. You can connect an app without assigning an agent immediately.
  4. In chat, open Connections or type @ and choose a connection. Ask the chat to inspect its tools, use them for your request or manage assignments. Expand the response’s work steps to inspect the action and result.
  5. A WhatsApp agent uses the same connections assigned to it and their permissions. WhatsApp customers do not get access to account connection management.
  6. Open an existing connection to manage assignments or check status. Disconnecting a shared connection affects every agent using it.

Connect MCP servers and webhooks

Configure authentication, discover tools and assign agents.

  1. In New connection, choose MCP or Webhooks. Give the connection a clear name and enter its HTTPS server or endpoint URL.
  2. For MCP, use a Streamable HTTP endpoint. Choose OAuth, a token or API headers as required by the server. Complete OAuth sign-in, or enter the header names and values required by the provider.
  3. Run the connection check to display tools. Review tool names, descriptions and input fields. If it fails, check the endpoint and authorization before saving.
  4. For a webhook, also configure the request method, tool details and required fields. Save the connection and choose which agents may use it.
  5. Save using the button at the top. In Test the tool, choose an MCP tool or enter webhook data as JSON, then run a test to see the response and elapsed time. Testing sends a real request to the service.
  6. After changing an MCP server, open its connection and refresh the tool list. Changes to the endpoint or authentication may require reconnecting.

Connect and configure WhatsApp

Connect a number and manage per-agent templates and settings.

  1. Open Connections and choose WhatsApp. Use the search field to find an agent and open its settings.
  2. If the agent is not connected, choose the available connection option for your number and follow the Meta setup and verification flow.
  3. Once connected, review templates and the available automatic reply and voice message settings. Check template status before using it.
  4. Open Clients to read and reply to conversations. To trigger an automation from a message or send one automatically, open Automations and choose the agent.

Phone numbers, SIP and menus

Choose who answers each number and connect a new or existing line.

  1. Open Phone numbers. Choose an agent or menu for each number and save the routing. Open takes you to the assigned agent or menu.
  2. For a new number, open the number request section and complete the available options. Check request status until the number is connected and active.
  3. For an existing number, select Connect existing number. Enter the number, provider, routing destination and call direction. For inbound and outbound calls, choose both and complete the required SIP details.
  4. Submit the connection request and check its status. Submission does not activate the line immediately; it must pass the required connection and authorization checks.
  5. For a keypress menu, choose New menu, configure its greeting and key destinations, and save. Return to the number list and route a number to the menu.

Use the API or an AI assistant

Connect OneLi to your tools and follow its calls.

  1. Switch to API and open Connect. Choose between an AI assistant connection through MCP and the REST API from your own code.
  2. For MCP, choose your assistant and follow the setup and authorization steps. For the API, open the API tab, create a key and store it on your server. The full key is shown once.
  3. Use the connection examples and developer docs to create a call and follow its status and events. Testing code that creates a call can place a real phone call.
  4. In Calls, open a call to review its status, result and available transcript. Switch to Studio for Studio agent activity and client management.

Review API calls

Inspect calls created through your connected tools or code.

  1. In API mode, open Calls to see calls created in your account through connected tools and the API.
  2. Open a call and check its status. When available, review its result, summary and transcript to understand what happened.
  3. To change how a call is created, return to the tool or code that sent the task. Endpoint and event instructions are in the developer docs.

Configure your account

Manage profile, language, appearance, plan and privacy.

  1. Open Settings and update your profile. Check the automatic save status and any field validation errors.
  2. In Preferences, choose Hebrew or English, light or dark appearance, and an interface color. Changing language reloads the page. Appearance preferences are saved on this device.
  3. Use the tabs to open Plan and usage, Billing and invoices, or Privacy. Review the information and options available for your account.
  4. To change an individual agent’s behavior, open it in My agents. Account settings apply to your account; agent settings live in its editor.
Tours are also available from Product tours at the top of account pages. Leave and return anytime; progress is saved in this browser. The walkthroughs do not place calls or change agent settings.
